Fee estimate for all private customers
All jobs will be estimated free of charge which requires authorisation before any repair work is done. If you are not happy with the quote you are free to collect the device at no cost. Any device that is mailed in will incur a fee for the return delivery which will be at cost.
60 Day Warranty Minimum
We are so sure of our work that all repairs and services are covered by our 60 day warranty.
Transparent Process
Each device submitted for repair will be issued with a ticket, using our ticket lookup system you can see when your device goes through each stage of the repair. Indeed you will be required to approve the estimate for the repair before any work is carried out.
