Almost all of our components are sourced from UK or American suppliers, this allows us to get most components in three days. The one exception that can cause lengthy delays in repairs is components for Apple devices. As Apple go out of their way to not provide components for repairs even to Apple Authorised Repair Centres, we have to order Apple components direct from our reliable suppliers in China. Shipments from China can arrive in anything from two to four weeks. We can get faster shipping through DHL but it can cost anything from £50+.
